Often it is necessary to examine a large number of scenarios. These cases, which have similar input data, require multiple runs of the engineering modules. It is therefore desirable and efficient to stack all of these runs together and let the computer do the work unattended (batch processing). The results are examined later interactively or using automated procedures. That's exactly what SESBAT does: batch processing.

The batch screen has two tabs each performing a specific task, namely:

• Selected Batch Runs: Selects and lists all the runs that are to be processed.
• Selected Batch Launch Time: Launches the batch run immediately or at a preset time.

Defining the required batch runs is quite intuitive. If you elect to specify or correct a previously defined batch run, you double-click a specification line to bring up a dialog box and fill in the necessary information. If you prefer to use the Input File Browser, simply select all input files of interest. You can select one or more files or a directory and click on the Load All Runs button and all input files in the directory will be selected. Finally, you can edit any input file by simply selecting the file and clicking on the Edit Input File control.

Selected Batch Launch Time (TAB): You can launch the batch run immediately or at a preset time. Session Save File:Select Edit from the menu bar. To save a file simply click on the Save button. To load a file, click on the Load button.
